We welcomed new dig volunteer David Etheridge last Friday 7th August . David has much archaeological experience, a Bristol University Alumnus and his experience and company is greatly appreciated at the Glebe. He has started very well, uncovering a jug handle in TR49 last week on 7th August, which is a fabric we do not recognise as being found before in the Glebe. The second found this Friday 14th August has green glaze and fabric similar to Ham Green ware but this need further investigation. See the photo below.
